Einem abfliegenden IFR-Flug wird am Flughafen Bremen bei der Clearance immer eine entsprechende SID (Standard Instrument Departure Route) zugewiesen. Sollte der Pilot diese nicht fliegen können, kann er eine sogenannte vectored Departure anforden. Hierbei wird meistens angewiesen, nach dem Abheben auf Kurs der Startbahn zu bleiben und auf 5000 ft AMSL zu steigen. Der entsprechend zuständige Approachlotse wird dann das Flugzeug mit Hilfe von Vektoren oder einem Direct zum ersten Punkt im aufgegebenen Flugplan führen.

As the apron in Bremen is not the biggest, it is even more important that you only request pushback when you are able to start it immediately after receiving the approval. To keep a good flow of traffic ATC might instruct you to do a specific pushback-routing (e.g. into another taxiway, push and then pull forward, etc.) Always report when unable or if you do not understand the instruction.
