Geschichte
Der Flughafen Erfurt-Weimar (bis März 2011 Flughafen Erfurt, IATA-Code: ERF, ICAO: EDDE, bis 1995 noch als DDR-Flughafen: ETEF) ist ein internationaler Verkehrsflughafen in Erfurt. Er wird von der Flughafen Erfurt GmbH betrieben, die zu 95 % dem Freistaat Thüringen und zu 5 % der Stadt Erfurt gehört.

Supplemental information
- Coordination for (S)VFR and (N)VFR with München Radar is required for seperation reasons. Maximum altitude assigned is 3000 feet MSL.
- Runway 28 should be used for IFR Arrivals up to a maximum tailwind compenent of 5 knots. If the wind exceeds the limit of 5 knots, runway 10 shall be taken as main landing and departing runway
